Welcome to Industrial Training Centre
The Industrial Training Centre (ITC) was established in 1986 through a Government to Government agreement between the Republic of Zambia and Federal Republic of Germany. The objective in establishing the ITC was to develop hands-on, dedicated craftsmen for the Zambian manufacturing, transport and service industries. At that time a serious skills gap had been identified, particularly after the demise of the apprenticeship scheme supported by industry, this remains the case today.
